Digital Downloads

What do I receive with a digital order?
You’ll receive high-resolution digital files ready for printing and creative use. Each listing clearly states that it is a digital item.

Are digital purchases refundable?
Due to the nature of digital files, downloads are final sale. If you have trouble accessing your files, I’m happy to help.

Can I resell digital files?
No. Digital files may not be resold, shared, redistributed, transferred, or uploaded to third-party marketplaces.

Using My Collage Papers

Can I use your papers in artwork I sell?
Yes. You’re welcome to use my papers and fodder in your creative work for personal use, or in unique, altered pieces you sell, as long as the finished work is your own and not simply a representation of my original sheets.

Can I resell the papers as they are?
No. The unaltered papers may not be resold as-is, physically or digitally. They also may not be shared, reproduced, scanned, or distributed.

Can I use them in projects I share publicly?
Yes. If my materials are a main feature or remain clearly recognizable, I appreciate credit. If you’re planning a larger shared project or something beyond personal use, feel free to contact me in advance.

Shipping

How do you ship physical orders?
I ship through USPS.

How quickly do orders ship?
Non-custom orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order listings ship within 6–9 business days.

How long does delivery take?
USA: USPS First Class typically 2–7 business days.
Outside USA: approximately 5–30 business days depending on destination.

Once USPS has your package, delivery timing is outside my control. I’m always happy to help check tracking if needed.

Are customs fees included?
International buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes required upon arrival.

Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the handmade nature of the papers, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. I review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Orders

Do you offer custom sizes or palettes?
Yes. If you need a specific size, color palette, or quantity, you can learn more on my Custom Orders page or send an inquiry here.

Custom orders are created specifically for you, and timelines vary depending on the size and scope of the project. Most orders begin within a few days and are completed within 6–9 business days, though larger or more detailed projects may take longer.

Product Details & Variations

Will colors look exactly the same in person?
Each screen displays color differently, so actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your device. I do my best to represent them accurately.

Are variations normal?
Yes. My papers are handmade and each set is unique. Variations in size, pattern, and color are part of the process.

Occasionally small tears or tiny holes may occur due to the hand-printing process. These do not affect usability and are part of the character of handmade work.

How do I know if I’m ordering digital or physical?
Each listing clearly states whether it is a physical product or a digital download. Please read the description carefully before purchasing.
